Definitely kudos to Namco Bandai for a droppin a nice 2 and a half minute intro on us that features the original theme song from Tekken Tag Tournament. A few things I can say about this trailer:
You can really see the confrontational values and the type of cohesiveness each character possesses. Take for example: Anna and Nina vs Raven and Kunimitsu. Anna and Nina are two sisters that will continue to hold some kind of grudge probably forever. These are two deadly assassins that have some of the best Aikido, Judo, bone breaking techniques, period. I can only imagine how well these grappling techniques will be used for tag combos or at least tagging your other character in for a safer bet.
On the other side, you have Raven and Kunimitsu. Both possess elements of stealth that can create endless opportunities whether you are trying to create surprise attacks, midair attacks, or just to get in your opponent?s head. These are two solid characters for that reason!
Then you have Ogre and Angel. Honestly, I would think a Devil Jin or Kazuya would more so fit the role, but as you can see in the clip they are fighting against each other. I would not want to fight either in real life or the game. LOL. One thing to note is it seems like they are both evenly matched. However, Angel seems a bit more scary because it?s that deadly combination of beauty and brawn that really gets you going. It?s quite amazing how Jun has a few forms?her original self, the Angel version, and the sort of fusion between Ogre and herself called Unknown. I?m really looking forward to playing this at a friend?s house next month. I might even record it and post it on YouTube!
